The Vibrato Game app is provided as a free app with optional premium features (In-App Purchases). This SERVICE is intended for use as is and is fully compliant with applicable Store and Platform privacy requirements.
The app offers In-App Purchases to unlock premium features. All financial transactions are processed securely through the native payment system provided by your device's Official App Store. We do not collect, process, or have access to your financial information. Your purchase history is managed by your store account.
The Vibrato Game app does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. All game progress, high scores, and achievements are stored locally on your device using localStorage and are never transmitted to any external servers.
The app does not collect log data, use cookies, or employ any tracking technologies. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or data collection SDKs.
Except for the store-provided payment processing mentioned above, we do not employ any third-party companies or individuals to access your data. No data is shared with third parties.
Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no data retained on any external servers. All progress is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes all local data (unless backed up by your device's native cloud backup service).
Under GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable laws, you have rights to access, delete, and rectify your data. Since we collect no personal data, these rights are inherently fulfilled. To reset your data, you can use the "Reset All Progress" button in the app settings or uninstall the app.
The app operates in a secure, sandboxed environment on your device. It does not access contacts, location, photos, microphone, or other personal data.
This Service does not address anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Since no data is collected, COPPA and other youth privacy regulations are inherently met.
We may update this policy periodically. The most current version will always be available within the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
